Beyond that, we handle tile and coping replacement, deck resurfacing or replacement (concrete or pavers), equipment upgrades to modern energy-efficient pumps, filters, and automation, and feature additions like a saltwater chlorination system, LED lighting, a sun shelf, or a water feature that weren't part of the original build.
