Our 9-step process starts with permit approval and site planning, which in newer developments often means coordinating with Alachua County and, in some neighborhoods, an HOA architectural review — both handled as part of that first phase, not left for you to sort out separately.
Every Pools & More build includes pumps, filters, and automation controls as standard equipment, with a saltwater chlorination system, a built-in spa with a spillover edge and gas
heater, a sun shelf, or a water feature wall available on several of our pricing tiers. Decking comes in concrete or pavers, and LED lighting is included on every package.
Pricing is published upfront: $53,000 to $70,000+ depending on pool size, deck material, and any added features like a spa or water feature, with every tier including the shell, deck, permitting, an electrical allowance, and LED lighting. If you're financing rather than paying in full, Lyons Financial and LightStream are available to spread that cost out. And before construction starts, you'll see a 3D model of your actual yard — especially useful in newer construction where you may still be deciding how the pool relates to other backyard plans that haven't been finalized yet.
