Every pool we build is fully custom: any size, depth, or shape your yard can hold, designed with you before construction ever begins.
We build true gunite pools. That means a steel-reinforced rebar framework, then a high-pressure shotcrete shell, finished with a smooth, watertight plaster interior — poured and shaped on-site, not a pre-molded fiberglass box. Gunite is what lets us match the pool to your yard instead of matching your yard to a mold, and it's why our pools handle Florida's soil and water-table conditions the way they should.
Before anything is dug, our staff creates a 3D computer model of your finished pool so you can see exactly how it will look — the shape, the deck, the water features, the lighting— and adjust it until it's right. You'll review material samples and color options, and we'll spec reliable equipment: pumps, filters, and automation as standard, with options like a saltwater chlorination system, a built-in spa with a spillover edge and gas heater, a sun shelf, or a water feature. Decking is concrete or pavers, your choice, and LED lighting is included on every published package.
The whole process follows our documented 9-step build: permit approval and site planning, excavation, steel, the shotcrete shell, plumbing and tile, decking, equipment, plaster, and a final safety inspection — and we keep you informed at every stage. Our pricing is published, not hidden behind a sales call: packages range from $53,000 to $70,000+ depending on size, deck material, and added features. Financing is available through Lyons Financial and LightStream if you'd rather spread the cost out.
