Because it's shaped and poured on-site, your pool is custom-fit to your actual lot, soil, and setting — not forced into a standard mold. On larger and more rural Marion County properties, that also means accounting for longer utility and water-line runs, well and septic clearances, and varied HOA rules, all handled during the permit approval and site planning phase of our 9-step build process rather than discovered mid-project.
Standard equipment on every build includes pumps, filters, and automation controls, with options like a saltwater chlorination system for a gentler swim, a built-in spa with a spillover edge and gas heater, a sun shelf, or a water feature wall available on several of our pricing tiers. Decking is concrete or pavers, your choice, and LED lighting is included on every published package. Marion County permitting is handled as part of that first phase — you're not the one tracking down paperwork.
Our pricing is published, not hidden behind a sales call: packages range from $53,000 to $70,000+ depending on size, deck material, and added features, with every tier including the shell, deck, permitting, an electrical allowance, and LED lighting. Financing is available through Lyons Financial and LightStream if you'd rather not pay the full amount upfront. Before construction starts, we build a 3D model of your specific property so you can see exactly how your pool will sit — especially useful on larger lots where it's hard to picture the finished result relative to barns, fencing, or existing landscaping.
