Every Ocala project follows the same 9-step process we use everywhere: permit approval and site planning first (Marion County's permitting requirements are handled as part of this phase, not left for you to navigate), then excavation, steel reinforcement, the shotcrete shell, plumbing and tile, decking, equipment installation, plaster, and a final safety inspection. Equipment includes pumps, filters, and automation controls as standard, with options like a saltwater chlorination system, a built-in spa with a spillover edge and gas heater, a sun shelf, or a water feature wall available on several of our pricing tiers — and a concrete or paver deck, your choice, with LED lighting included. You'll also get a 3D computer model of your specific pool before construction starts, which matters especially on larger Ocala lots, where it's harder to visualize how a pool will sit relative to existing barns, fencing, or landscaping without seeing it rendered first.
Our pricing is published, not hidden behind a sales call: packages range from $53,000 to $70,000+ depending on size, deck material, and added features like spas, sun shelves, or water features.
